How much is shipping? We have a flat fee of $6.95 shipping on all domestic order's under $25 in the USA. International shipping costs may vary.
How long does it take for an order to arrive? Upon order mugs and ceramic items will arrive by 7 business days. Shirts, Apparel, Tote bags, Printed Pillows can take around 7-14 days. Beauty products can take around 2-4 weeks depending on the supply, demand and where our global manufacturer is located. We curate our items from different eco-friendly artisans and makers from all over the world but mugs and apparel are printed in the USA.
Can I have a tracking number? Yes. We will send you a second email once the item is shipped along with a tracking number.
I ordered 2 items, but only received one... where's my order? We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
Why have I not received any order confirmation details? Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered a wrong email address. Throughout the process, we send 2-3 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.
What is your refund policy? We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer. However, we require that the item is unused and in original condition. You will also be responsible for the shipping fee. With this in mind, please make sure that you are ordering the correct item, the correct size and color, as well as the correct quantity to avoid getting the wrong item.

What do I do if I received the wrong shirt or my shirt is defective? Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us your order number and the defect. We will take care of you and cover all costs of getting you the right shirt. We will send you a new shirt and pay for your shipping to send that one back to us. We are human and do make mistakes. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!
