RETURNS, CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

NOTE: ****WE USE USPS DELIVERY SERVICE. OUR CUSTOMERS NORMALLY GET THEIR ITEMS WITHIN 2 WEEKS. ALTHOUGH VERY SELDOM, SOMETIMES THERE ARE UNEXPECTED DELAYS IN THE POST OFFICE WHICH CAN TAKE UP TO 3 WEEKS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT SITUATION LIKE THIS IS BEYOND OUR CONTROL ONCE IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE. ***

DAMAGED GOODS

    1. All outbound orders are insured 100%. If they arrive damaged or missing in delivery, we will replace the item at no cost to you. However, you need to notify us if you received the item in bad or damaged condition within 3 days from the date of delivery. We are NOT liable for the damage caused by misuse or inappropriate use of the customer. Send us an email at lavenderandwolf@gmail.com with your name, order number, and an image of the item that arrived damaged. *If the item arrived in good condition but got damaged from misuse or from wearing it inappropriately, we are not liable for the damage. 
    2. We are not liable for the missing items if you have put the incorrect or incomplete name and address. If the item gets lost or does not get delivered due to your fault such as providing an incorrect address (number, street, zip), you will be charged a service fee of $17.00 to get another item sent to the correct address.

    RETURNS

        1. You can request a return or a refund if the item is DAMAGED, UNUSED and in original packaging. You have 3 full days from the date the item was delivered to your door to inspect it and decide if you want to keep it or not. 
        2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You must pay for tracking so that we can confirm your shipment. Shipments without tracking number will not be refunded if lost during delivery.
        3. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. *NOTEOnly regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

      EXCHANGES 

        1. For the Rings, if you received the item and ordered a wrong size, we offer a 1-time exchange to a larger or smaller size but you need to contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and the item must be UNUSED. If you are unsure about your ring size, please see link for How to Measure your Ring Size
        2. For T-Shirts and Hoodies, these are made to order. Please make sure that you are ordering the correct color and size before placing an order. Once the t-shirt and the hoodie goes into production, we cannot make any more changes to the color or size. 
        3. For damaged and defective times, you can exchange it for the same item, send us an email at lavenderandwolf@gmail.com with your order number.

        5. After sending the item to the above address, please email and provide us the Tracking No. You must pay for tracking so that we can confirm your shipment. Shipments without tracking number will not be exchanged if lost during shipment.  

        CANCELLATION

          1. Just email us your complete name with your order# at lavenderandwolf@gmail.com 
          2. We will send you an email to notify if we have already cancelled your order.
          3. After cancellation, we will refund your payment, and a Refund Notification email will be sent to you immediately.

          REFUND

            1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You must pay for tracking so that we can confirm your shipment. Shipments without tracking number will not be refunded if lost during delivery.

            3. Late or missing refunds,
              1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
              2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
              3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

            CONDITIONS

            To be eligible for a return, exchange or refund:

            1. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS IF THE ITEM IS DAMAGED. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
            2. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
            3. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
            4. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
            5. Additional non-returnable items:
              1. Gift cards
              2. Downloadable software products
              3. Some health and personal care items
              4. Underwear
            6. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
              1. Book with obvious signs of use
              2. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
              3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
              4. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 
            7. Sale items (if applicable) 
              1. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 
            8. Gifts 
              1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
              2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

              3. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. DO NOT SEND US CASH OR MONEY ORDER! 
              4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
              5. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

            ANNOUNCEMENT:

            DURING CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS AND HIGH VOLUME OF DELIVERIES FROM OUR COURIERS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER DEC 7, 2016, WILL BE RECEIVED BEFORE CHRISTMAS. NORMAL DELIVERY IS 10 - 15 DAYS.
